The AIPEUC Chapters
The AIPEUC is made up by Chapters of intermediate level organizations, which are between the National Board of Directors and the associated grass roots organizations.
The inherent aim of the Chapters of the AIPEUC is to provide unity, empowerment, prestige, and support for the varied activities of the local community.
The AIPEUC Chapter has executive character and is the highest entity for administrative guidance, consultation and integration at the local level for its associated organizations
To form a Chapter, the requirement is to be made up by at least three (3) active organizations properly registered in the State where they operate.
In order for an organization to be accepted as an associated member to the Chapter, it must provide validation of ten (10) active members. The nature of the organizations can vary and may include the arts and culture, sports and health, religion, as well as civic social and business entities.
Every associated member organization of the Chapter is also associated to National AIPEUC through the Chapter. They retain their own name and objectives, and are independent in their activities to fulfill their own goals at there own time.
In this manner, the AIPEUC Chapter not only respects the autonomy of its associated member organization, but also goes further in its strengthening and empowering of the individual organizations. In this manner, the AIPEUC has the innate responsibility of supporting the activities of all and every one of its associated member organizations.
